Job Description

Manufacturing firm with nationwide operations is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the corporate office. This position is responsible for providing administrative accounting services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. This is a temp to hire position, ready to hire immediately!

  1. Reconcile rig files to inventory control system.
  2. Work with warehouse and engineering personnel to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  3. Create invoices based on inventory control system reconciliation and customer price list.
  4. Invoice according to customer preferences.
  5. Save field tickets to individual well files on network.
  6. Correspond with Account Managers regarding billing issues.
  7. Complete customer drilling fluid recaps as requested.
  8. Complete end of month tasks as assigned.
  9. Pricing and costing of end of month files.
  10. Conduct special projects as assigned.
  11. Perform all other duties as assigned.
